I think that you should work on your blending of colors, that would help a lot. Not only that but how about not outlining it? It could work out for your favor. Right now with this piece being as small as it is, it somewhat drowns out some of the coloring you did (ie the horns, whisker thingies ect). Just keep practicing with your colored pencils, then when you're done let me 'borrrow' them ^_~.
